 * All prices and weights for whole or half hog are based on hanging weight and include cutting, wrapping, and freezing. Take-home weights for hogs are approximately 70-75% of the carcass hanging weight due to trimming and de-boning. 

APPROXIMATE PRICE PER LB:

In actual packaged meat you get back around $3.58 per lb. pork chops, roasts, boston butt, steaks, & sausage. Whichever select cuts you choose when talking to our experienced butcher. 

You can print and fill out a cut sheet to mail along with your deposit, or simply include your name, address, and phone number with the deposit. We will then contact you to walk you through the cut sheet.
